Travelled to a physio today in Causeway Bay to have a gait (running) analysis. Went to super knowledgeable Aussie guy whose company looks after the Hong Kong Rugby club. The session was useful and he identified a few critical adjustments I need to make to get rid of some hip pain when I run. $1100 for an hour and an half was money well spent.
Leaving the physio though, I happened upon what must be the most dangerous work site in Hong Kong. Just look at these signs:
I mean don’t even go near the fence without your safety gloves, safety shoes, ear protection, helmet, safety glasses and safety belt! What’s a safety belt you ask? I don’t really know but you need one! Oh and be careful cause there’s also a trip hazard inside. Luckily there’s only one trip hazard but keep an eye out for it. Staff at nuclear power stations aren’t this well protected so well done to the supervisors for keeping their team safe and sound.
